In service-projects, there are people skilled in more mundane tasks of organizing and there are people more skilled in analyzing and expressing needs and intentions. The participants in service-projects organize themselves flexibly. They accommodate and redefine their tasks and inner structures in accordance with feedback from the wider public. They also take into account suggestions from Fethullah Gülen, if they seek them, and his interpretations of current events through the media when they are relevant. Participants are clear that there are many sources of opinion and authority available to them. However, this way of working never nullifies or disregards the value and respect attached to Fethullah Gülen’s views and perspectives.
